Who We Are

Gradeful Test Prep was founded by Yale graduates Patrick Spano and Alex Torres. Both were self-taught test-takers who never had access to tutoring growing up. As top percentile-scorers, they have made it their mission to help as many student as possible follow in their footsteps: achieve top test scores that help them get into great schools.

Gradeful is a boutique test prep company that prioritizes quality over quantity and specialization over generalization: we don’t tutor in 30 different subjects. We offer expert test prep for the SAT, ACT & SSAT, and we have consistently outperformed the “big” tutoring companies in our score improvement metrics.
